Oh Ya....

I forgot to blog about this....
A few weeks ago we got a call from the Stake Pres to come and meet him on a Sun morning. Jonathan being in the bishopric he knew what was going on... and I had felt pretty strongly for the past few weeks that a calling was coming his way so it wasn't a huge surprise when he was called as the new Elders Quorum President in our ward. (Though Jonathan is, of course, overwhelmed and humbled by the call.)
I was so grateful for our Stake President who said a few times that it takes a good wife to let a hubby have such a busy calling, because any of you that know my hubby know he doesn't do anything halfway! I know he is going to do a great job, and I also know it will be a lot of time away from us. In a way I feel so grateful that the Lord not only trusts my hubby, but he also trusts me, that I will be supportive and keep the house running.
So, if I am unable to go do fun stuff like I love to with my dear friends - I am so sorry. (Like book group..... we will see....)
Today is the day, 8 years ago, that I met this amazing man! I am so truly blessed to have him in my life!!!!

When Hannah finishes saying her prayers she does this loooong drawn out AAaaaaaaaaaaaaMmmmmeeeeeeeeeeeennnnnnnnn as she slowly unfolds her arms and raises them over her head. We all laugh like crazy every time, so I think she will be doing it for a looooooong time!

Elise crawls VERY wierd - on the back of her shoulders/neck and her feet. She goes all over the house like that! I am hoping she will start crawling normal soon!

My Mom sent me THIS today, and it was exactly what I needed. What an inspiration they BOTH are!

Meanwhile... I FINALLY have a computer again!!! Hoooooooray! I will update my blog and comment on all of yours just as soon as I can! But just so you know - life is great!

The day before Miss became Mrs.

The Monday after Christmas we headed down to Phx for a Thom family Christmas and because the next day Leanna and Travis got married!!!!

New Matching Dresses!

In case you can't tell... I LOVE matching dresses! LOVE them! My Mom found these adorable dresses for the girls for Christmas (and for Aunt Leanna's wedding that is just a few days after).

Russ didn't want to wear his new clothes to church this day, he look pretty handsome in his lil suit though hu?

Tea Party!

I only had brothers.... I always wanted to do tea parties and I guess that is the reason I was blessed with so many girls;)
Of course, at our first tea party we had only one of my girls - Russs really wanted to join in, since we were having hot cocoa! In fact.... Jonathan even stopped over for a cup (but don't tell him I told you).

This teeny cute tea set is actually supposed to be painted... am I a mean Mom that I really want to leave it like this? I LOVE it!

I can hardly wait till our next tea party!!!

I keep thinking we have this little tiny family - and my Grandparents gave us these awesome frog family ornaments for Christmas... and it hit me! We have a pretty big family! And look how cute we all are! :)
