We left EARLY Friday morning because J had a meeting in Scottsdale... so he dropped us all off at the zoo. YES - I am crazy to take 4 kids to the zoo by myself! And YES, I got soooo many rude comments all day, "Are all those yours?", "Don't you know how to prevent that?", "Have you heard of self control?", and my personal favorite, "They are really cute, but please tell me you are done." REALLY???? What business is it of yours lady?
Anyhow.... other than that, we really had a great day. The only big problem was that Hannah would throw HUGE fits not wanting to leave the play places.... but it all turned out ok!

Hannah especially loved the little people farm.... but since Emma couldn't go in (she is too big) we didn't stay for too long.

On Saturday morning we all got up early again and headed to the March of Dimes March for Babies! Here we are with Aunt Alecia, cousin Kacy, and baby Kylee (who we stayed with).
It was awesome to be on team Leaping for Logan and I for sure want to do it again next year!

I was close to tears most of the walk looking at posters of childrens stories and seeing some of the premature children who survived (that were 1 lb at birth). It was very touching!

I have 2 nephews who were preemies, and I am so grateful for all the research that has been done to help out these precious tiny babies! One shirt I loved said, "Hitting the street for tiny feet". It reminded me about how these precious little children are so helpless and need our help. They have no one if they don't have us!!!

I pray I never have a baby who is stillborn or a preemie.... but I have had 9 miscarriages, so I understand somewhat the heartache of losing a baby. It is something you carry with you always!!

Emma and Russell LOVED this giant digger at the museum of mining... we will have to go back and explore it (the museum) another day!

Seriously - there was a mariachi band a ways behind us! If I had known, I would have walked slower so I could hear them!!!

Leaping for Logan team! How precious that this many people came to walk for him. Logan is my friends son who was born sleeping. Very very sad. He now has 3 younger siblings and hundreds of people who love and remember him!

Annnnnd, Emma wanted a pic of her eating a hamburger on the drive home - sorry it is blurry!

A wonderful weekend - thank you ALL!!!
